So...fight is in Hogwarts and Witch King heard about Harry's badassness and that he beat Voldemort also Sauron commanded him to kill Potter since he sees Harry as a threat.
Also Witch King arrived on his fell beast but he found a nice parking spot near the front entrance so he entered on foot.
Both have standard equipment.
