Henshaw slaughters the first 2 rounds, faster, stronger, telepathy, immortality, ability to amp himself.

Henshaw getting his core ripped out in Green Lantern was MASSIVE PIS. Considering that he's been blown to bits and came back easily on numerous occasions.

Round 3 probably a stalemate since they can't hurt each other.
