T-1000 vs The Blob

The T-1000's time displacement equipment buggers up a bit and T-1000 is dispatched to 1950's Midwest America on the night of the landing of a strange meteor....

After killing a nearby ranger, and taking his gun after imitating him, The T1000 falls through a mineshaft where the Blob, after getting out of the meteorwreckage, had been holding up.
It is trapped in a room with the Blob, and the Blob at this time has the same kind of size/mass as the T-1000, having not yet had a rampage to grow from.
The Blob sense T-1000 as a threat, and attacks..?

Who wins this?

😮‍💨

The Blob only consumes flesh like material doesn't it?

At the end of the remake a bum had it contained in a glass jar.

I think the T1000 will be fine once both combatants realize both can do nothing too each other.

It has acidic properties where it can disgest whatever, IIRC...this also gains it mass... will check..

IIRC, the Blob only consumed organics. They both do have an issue with cold though.

oh ok

I don't recall the blob much, but wasnt it possible to cut off parts of it?

I don't recall that.. I was going off of the 80s version...maybe that occurred in the original...

Never saw the original The Blob....

If it ate tanks and stuff then he wins in a stomp. Going off the remake that I know and love. The Blob can't do a thing to the T1000, especially at that size.

The Blob is a singular entity. If it is rendered into many parts apparently only one piece can survive. If frozen via freezing techniques the whole creature becomes a mass of crystals. But apparently it can only survive through a singular crystal. Hence the end of the remake.....
Apparently.

Film deserves a damn sequel!

Whether the T-1000 can pierce Blob is irrelevant. Blob is suffocated.

Unless the Blob can absorb T1000 and is strong enough to just imprison him inside him, I'd put my money on the T1000. The machine is way smarter after all, and will probably eventually figure out that the Blob is hurt by cold.

Blob ain't getting suffocated by the T1000.

The Blob won't imprison the T1000. Especially at the OP's size.

I give you the fact that the T1000 is smarter...and stronger. But he stabs. And the fight takes place in a underground room. So no freezing.

This is the best example of a stalemate as they come.

They can't hurt each other. It's a non-fight.

Stalemate. Blob obviously isn't disintegrating the T-1000, and T1000 can't harm the Blob with any blade strikes. Hell, both of them can only be killed with extreme temperatures which neither can generate. Maybe the T-1000 could imprison the blob within itself for the TKO, but that's the only way there will be a victor here.

So basically they aren't allowed to leave the room no matter how long they fight?

Then I'd say T1000 wins after blob starves to death. The blob is still organic after all, and I assume it needs to feed.

And why not?

And why not?

When has the T1000 ever done such a feat?
And I doubt the Blob needs to breath or is reliant on organs to survive.

The Blob survived deep space. You think is needs to eat to survive?

I dont think either one can actually hurt the other, or at least do any lasting damage at all to the other.

We don't know how long it was out in space, or whether it was exposed in the vacuum of space at all. It arrived in a meteor and it was tiny. For all we know it was close to starving already. What we can conclude from the movie though is that the more it eats, the bigger it gets. If it doesn't eat (like at the start of the movie when it hasn't eaten any earthlings yet) it's a tiny little thing that the T1000 can probably put in a container or something.
