All of her constructs are made from sound, and it's the sound that powers Dazzler, and to my knowledge she's never been overloaded. She's even done some crazy powerful stuff with barely any sound. Like once Juggernaut thought he'd killed her, so he built a cairn over her body. When she woke up, she used the sound of dripping water, and ants walking to blast her way out.

This is a really interesting fight. They haven't met in combat to my knowledge, so I'm unsure how well Dazzler would do against the actual constructs Songbird makes. For example, Songbird has made air-tight bubbles around enemy heads to suffocate them. I wonder if can Dazzler could absorb the bubble, and if she could do it quickly. There'd be multiple constructs to deal with.
On the other hand, Dazzler might be able to screw with the process that forms the constructs in the first place.
It comes down to who can control what.
Dazzler also absorbed a shout from black bolt and overloaded absorbing man!! She is as powerful as teh sentry!!!!!!

And Songbird's technology is derived from Klaw's, yes.
However, Klaw has since modified his sonic tech to make it impossible for Dazzler to absorb it (and absorb HIM), so in their latest fight only Arcade's intervention saved Dazzler.
So depending on which version of Klaw's converter was copied, Dazzler might actually be unable to absorb the constructs.
