I hate arguing DC since the reboot is so recent..

There should be some kind of bare minimum time rule between reboots, so they can build up some feats before putting in a debate..

Pre-Reboot Cap would definitely win.

I don't know exactly what DcNU Cap's deal is, but he seems to be a pretty damn strong mage.

And Captain Marvel is a superman level character. Capable of the same type of crazy feats Black Adam pulled off, and he's got a few of his own.

Bill is not winning more than a few.

The third tier and so on is too large to list, but the first two are complete.
