Agent 47 vs Batman

Rather than hire the Joker, the Gotham Mob hire 47 to kill Batman. 47 gets 48 hours prep and all weapons he was seen using in the films. Can he do it, or does he get bat-bytchslapped?

Batman gets shot in the head from half a mile away while he's investigating a gang meet orchestrated by 47.

Shot in the head, dumped in the garbage, heals himself through determination, and defeats 47 with a Deus ex Machina.

Obvious spite.

How is it spite? Joker had 48 hours prep with Batman.

It's spite because unlike Joker, 47 doesn't want Batman to know he's there. He doesn't want to make Gotham unafraid of him, he wants to put a bullet in his head. So he does something to get Batman out in the open, and puts a bullet in his head. Batman won't even know anyone was after him.
