A power level thread

I read the the Silver Surfer has 1% of Galactus' power. Lets say a Well Feed Galactus is at 99% power how does these guys rate percentage wise to Galactus?

1.Green Lantern(Hal)
2.Void/Sentry
3.WBH
4.Surtur/no sword
5.Odin
6.Destroyer/w all of Asgard
7.(Silver Age) Mangog
8.Depowered Tyant
9.Dormammu
10.Firestorm
11.Standard Darkseid
12.Thanos

@The OP....

You read or heard wrong about the Surfer possessing 1% of the power of Galactus; the surfer possess 1/1000th of 1/1000th (or to put it simply 1/1000000th) of the power of Galactus...

List is completely jacked up; Destroyer with all of Asgard inside is 80% of Galactus, but Thanos is 10% of Galactus!?
