Honestly, all Thor needs is the Destryer to beat Thanos. The rest is overkill. The Titan's only shot is to force Thor out of the armor.

Thanos is not that powerful.
Hell Thanos would lose to a Superman fighting smart.

Normal Thor would give Thanos a hell of a fight if he fought smart and chessy.

Silver Surfer would beat Thanos if he fought out of character and cheesy.

Thanos doesn't have the greatest strength of the heralds
Thanos doesn't have the greatest energy projection of the heralds
Thanos is probably the smartest of the heralds
Thanos is on average the most durable of the heralds (blunt force is iffy with him though).
Thanos isn't the most versatile of the heralds

IMO Thanos is 1.5x a high herald on average. Nothing more.
