You do remember that DOOM was The Sorcerer Supreme at one time right? And obviously magic/sorcery isn't the only thing that he has under his cloak. Add 24hrs of prep he's one tough mamajama for Fate to overcome. IMO.

Doom at full potential? Does that mean beyonder powers?

Doom and Fate in the same comic would be too much awesome for the page to absorb.
