Who is the most potent, experienced magic user? Who would you rank based off fts, showings, and experience as the best user of magic. Please keep this within herald low trans rang.

Silver Age Dr. Fate- The best there is.

Dr. Strange- Before that heretic destroyed him Dr. Strange was correctly called a "God".

Zatanna has shown some pretty sweet feats in her time, more so as of late when her confidence is up.
She has been complimented on her abilities (and feared at times) by some of the most powerful magic users in comics, including Dr. Fate, The Spectre, Dr. Strange (during a crossover), Etrigan, etc.

Give the sexy chick some love.

Loki, his experience gives him the edge imho

If Kent and Stephen are out, then it is Zatanna and Tim Hunter according to legend.

Zatanna is a sweet feat. To bad her series had diffrent writers, one issue sucked then the next rocked.
