Fenix great work as always, can't wait for Nova to get into Athena's face and question everything that she does or say again, it makes things interesting having her around. As for GCS' character, I like it a lot more then the first and I can team up with you for your story line, just pm me your idea's and what your planning for your mystery man so we can work something out. Other then that try to go more in depth on your powers, notice in my character sheet I have listed their abilities and explain how they use them. For example, does Austin throw magic fireballs or does he magically manipulate fire, and for his time magic explain what is his limit, can he stop time or can he speed people up like a haste spell, or can he go back in time, time magic is tricky so we need you to go deeper into that.

Powers: shield magic- when ever he is in danger he throws up one hand and the shield surrounds him and his allies, if he can't put his hand up he can't use the spell.
Wind magic- he can use this spell just by moving body and concentrating magic into his movements. For example if he throws a punch and concentrates he can shoot wind from it, if he doesn't concentrate then it's a normal punch. He can also ride on the wind to fly in the air.
Mind reading- he is able to read people's minds at will as long as they allow him to or if they are knockout
Looks good, however, why does he need a mind reading ability if he has wind magic? I would just focus on the wind magic and go deeper into that, like say his shield is a powerful magic wind barrier, and even a wind spell to hasten his physical abilities.
The possibility for wind magic is endless...I'm thinking of so many spells that could be used that I'm almost jealous I didn't make a magic based character!

Wind magic- this particular type of magic can be activated with simple movements and concentration. He can throw one hand up and create a wind shield around him and his allies. By concentrating on his enemies he can have gust of winds surround his enemies and have different parts of the wind to attack them. He can also glide and fly on the wind. He can also amp his punches and kicks with and shoot razor sharp wind attacks strong enough to cut steel.

Powers : Has Been practicing wind magic since he was 6 and has mastered some techniques and is still practicing others.
Weaknesses : just an ordinary human besides his powers leaving him vulnerable.
Skills/abilities : smart, is an ok strategist.
Personality : tries to act tough but is kind on the inside and that kindness shows more of itself than his tough guy act.
Bio : He lived with his family far out into the country and had lived there for several years. One day he went out hunting and when he came back he found his family murdered. He called the police and they investigated however they couldn't find any clues to his family's murder. The very next day he met someone with some very interesting news. Apparently he knew who had killed his family. Austin quickly asked who it was and the guy whispered in his ear "Athena Justice". Austin was a little confused on who she was but the guy handed him a picture that also had her city name on it. Austin quickly thanked him and took off. The man quickly took out his phone and called someone...
"Hey boss the job is done but you still haven't told me why you had his family killed and then blame Athena for it."
"Don't you worry about that right now, Austin is a valuable resource to my cause. If he kills Athena and maybe some of her lackeys then our plan will get put into action."
"But what if he doesn't kill her?"
"Then my plans will get setback for a little bit but rest assure, the titans will be wiped out when I'm done with them."

Magic has quite a few downsides. The focus it takes to cast spells as well as the correctness you have to use when pronouncing the words is probably the main weakness. Then, getting it to do what you intend it to is something else that needs to be dealt with. Then amount of energy required to cast spells. The strength of them. The extent. Its a lot you have to pay attention to when using a magical character so you don't cross that "god-mode" line.
But I don't know if any of this will or should affect GCS's character as all he fan do is use one specified type of magic. He also didn't specify whether or not Austin will be able to cast any other spells short of wind.
Most if not all of us are Humans with powers thrown in so having Human as a weakness is very shortsighted.
The weakness would be, if magic...
1. Limited amount of mana (energy).
2. Spell Casting time.
3. Range of attack.
4. Power of magic or "mastery". This means strength and talent with it.
Reason that these should be stated are because...
1. Mana quantity can be small or large.
2. Sounds like Air Bending which means no casting time.
3. This could be limited to being short range or to long range which means he'd be weak at close combat or weak at ranged combat.
4. Due to the previously stated weaker magic this would be a weakness here, having low power. Low/High Talent means little damage or greater damage.

I plan on making out his weakness during some of his fights. And I also look forward to our characters meeting face to face.

your a smart girl you figured it out without me having to explain it.
Wind when used correctly has an advantage over fire, but Nova is very talented with it, able to overcome most of the disadvantages. Even against water itself, her flames burn so strongly that it can evaporate the water. If you tried to use wind against her fire, at best you might be able to redirect it.
Her weakness isn't in the natural weaknesses of fire but rather the temperature of her body. So long as her body is hot, her flames become almost unstoppable. It's why Snow was such a good opposite, it wasn't her elements natural enemy, it was her opposite in temperature.
And no, Nova isn't covered in flames.
