Mostly, it's just Wolf's characters placing the city under siege and framing us for it, leaving us to deal with the public as well as the attack.

Hey, Starry, I vaguely remember you mentioning something about Athena picking up empathic interference from Clive.

Athena saw this and was touched, they had no powers yet they fought to protect their city, she could feel some strength returning now.

Also, just for the sake of it Starry, is it okay for Christian to be responsible for the police to be mobilizing around the disaster zone? He WAS going around and tele-empathically helping and trying to restore order when he separated from Olli and Matt.

I wanna post something for either Olli or Christian but I don't think there's anything to post for them realistically at the moment. Until the Titans come up with a plan, Olli is quiet and Christian is just running around town doing what he can to help people. Though, he can't last for very much longer considering emotionally manipulating people is taxing for him if he does it in quick succession.

Olli can think of a plan, Athena is drained and isn't thinking too clearly and Matt is retarded sometime and over looks small things so he could be the idea guy and the voice of reason!

So... what is the plan?

Someone will have to set a starting point, because I'm too preoccupied to actually draw it out myself. Lol.
