Most of team 2 consist of B/C listers like Kingpin, who hasn't been a threat in 30 years, and Elektra, who gets wrecked by losers like Kurayama, The Cat who got stomped by Iron Fist, Bullseye may be a threat but would get massacred by Drakon or Slade, and assuming this is DCnU Slade, none of Bullseye's projectiles would even hurt him. DCnU Shiva doesn't have any real feats, she beat Batman only after he was hit with a poison dart, then beat down a young Robin.
Typhoid Mary is probably the most dangerous member of team 2 but chances are she'd get focus fired down when team 1 realizes that she can light shit on fire with her mind

He has a suit that enables him to give off sonics that easily put down Batman. That and he can turn invisible. Mary won't know what hit her, if he played it smart.
