What do you mean by full comedy? Is obviously not a "full comedy" considering it has elements of action and, adventure seen in the trailer.

So you've never seen full on action comedies like Rush Hour, Bad Boys or Lethal Weapon? I actually wouldn't mind Marvel movies being like them, but the important thing to note with all of them is, despite the whole movie being a comedy, they all took their main plot seriously. That's something that got screwed up in Iron Man 3. And I sure hope GOTG doesn't take that route either, but the trailer with the "I'm Starlord man.." "Who..." (overacting) didn't really go down well with me. I'm hoping though the whole movie isn't like that.

I'll be honest. GOTG looks like it will be a big mess. Hooked On a Feeling works for the trailer of a Vince Vaughn comedy. For a interstellar comic film, it comes off cheesier than a Schumacher Batman movie.

But your comparing the Guardians movie from that one trailer to a Schumacher Batman movie

But too many heroes is bad.

We’ve presumably already got Superman, Batman, Aquaman, Cyborg, Flash, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman. That’s a lot of characters to juggle already. Furthmore, several of those characters won’t have appeared in any major roles so they will have to be developed as well…

I don't think Mera will be on the team, just Aquaman partner or wife

As long as they don't drag on with a back story for each character & let the audience just accept who they are, then it should be fine.

Not really digging Abbey Lee as Black Canary, she's really thin, like rail thin. I feel Black Canary should be fuller, very fit with some curves. Like a Gina Carano build when she was fighting.

From the first look of it, seems somewhat promising.

It's got that 1st Cap America feel to it but looks more promising in entertainment & action. Personally I found the 1st Cap a bit boring.
