Batwing Vs Winter Soldier

vs

Bucky 8/10

How so? Batwing's armor has had some upgrades recently.

Bucky has solid tech aswell and he is a much better fighter.

What has he carried that is on the level of Batwing? Standard equipment, of course. And how does he get through the armor and avoid Batwing's speed/flight?

His arm, shield implants, his high powered rifle and standard shield gear including a copy of Cap's shield

Batwing is more versatile, I think. Sonic attacks, energy projectiles, electricity, increased speed and strength, etc... Not to mention flight.
