Total PIS if you ask me, since he had Brainiac 5's intelligence, and could have run his own tests... For that matter, he had tp.
In pure combat, he's never been beaten. Superman is lucky to get in even one attack, before he gets crushed.

Technically the term team would apply to Thanos and Mar-Vell but Composite Superman is a team of one.
Composite Superman has an array of powers at his disposal that make him more than a match for Thanos and Mar-Vell.
Composite Superman is fast enough to blitz, invulnerable enough to withstand attacks, and has Brainiac 5's intellect to match.
