Dark Schneider vs Superboy Prime

Dark Schneider in his Majin form goes up against the boy that most DC fans I know love to hate. for this fight, their speed is equalized and DS can't use Dispell Bound.

fight takes place in Hell (where DS fought against Konron and later Uriel).

Not too familiar with DS, but SP's shrugged off attacks from pretty high end magic users in the past.. Mordru, a mage who fights pocket universe creating Time Trapper (Glorith version too, who has magic powers on top of cosmic level time manipulation powers) to a draw, and takes on the ENTIRE Legion of Super Heroes, tried smiting him and got laughed at for his efforts.

I'd say you'd need to be greater then Skyfather level in power, to really have a chance against SBP.

Superboy Prime can physically manhandle Dark Schneider, but he isn't capable of killing him.
