Will Scream do the single challenge? No.
Will Quan do the second challenge? No.
Two simple no's. Fact is if one person accuses the other of backing down that only highlights that they haven't accepted the other request either. No ones winning this.

But since Quan is backing out of Challenge 2, Scream wont do Challenge 1.
Now.. Honestly.. Seriously.. I am not TRYING to bash Quanchi here but his refusal to do Challenge 2 is Hypocrital while he is fussing at Scream to do Challenge 1 when he said he would if Quan did Challenge 2. Challenge 1 HAS been accepted upon a condition and Quan doesnt want to do it.

I even offered to do the research for you, and if you look around this forum I do research on or ask about characters I don't know much about all the time. It's not like learning something new will kill you. 😐
