The old goddesses created that mirror. They out match Gannondorf by a broad margin. Something they created used on him would work 100% of time. IT has no relevancy to specific spells like Alohamora.

That doesn't follow. Zant's powers are stated to be fundamentally different from the Fused Shadows, so there is actually no reason Ganondorf wouldn't be affected by aside from his resistance to magic.
