I have an example in the game. Ms dispels Magic it doesn't deflect it, sport. That isn't a special property.

Ms? Do you mean Master Sword or Mirror Shield. Because the Mirror Shield is a magical shield that absorbs Twin Rover's magic and fires it back stronger. Yet it only acts like a regular shield against Gannon's magic.

Only the Master Sword, bottles and Whatever the hell Ganon's holding can deflect ToP blasts.
