Who can control the crows the most?

Who can out control the crows the most? The scarecrow, the falcon, or the penguin?

Penguin?

Falcon easily

unless you don't mean either dc or marvels scarecrow

I mean the dc scarecrow

marvels scarecrow actually controls crows to rob people

Lol wth. Im gonna go falcon on this one.

Weird thread.

Falcon would have the easiest time controlling the crows for obvious reasons.
