tbh, I think WW can beat the average Pre boot Superman at least 4/10 times. Due to skill and the one shot lasso. The tiara is also an option.

But if Superman fights at his best (smart and efficient) then WW can't beat him.
He would just use freeze breath to slow her down and then ace her everytime.

Since Current Superman isn't as fast or efficient then I have to say WW wins comfortably.
