Battlezone challenge to Zelda fans

I had hoped one of the brigade would have come from the shadows to face me their tyrannical conqueror not nay. Some random poster has displayed courage. Kinda reminds me of Link. The game's hero comes out of nowhere and defeats their joke of a villain. In such a small and weak world this can be made possible.

But alas I own the Zelda brigade.

That's a fantasy farther fetched than either Hyrule or Potter, boyo.

I can talk and talk and talk. I back up my words. You didn't. Nate came through some unknown poster. Good for him. I respect him whether I destroy him in this or not. He came through. He answered the bell. You didn't.

More fantasy.

I upped the ante, you folded.

There was no ante to up. I want to do one battlezone. You offered me something I never had any interest or knowledge on. Aurangel told you and you wouldn't listen. Live in shame. You will never have this opportunity again.

I also will if nemebro is interested revist the Gabriel/Kratos argument/battlezone. I am a doer. You aren't. Sit on the sidelines, lackey.

Live in shame.
Sure am ashamed of that time Quanchi backed down from his own challenge because I increased the stakes.

Aurangel called you out pages ago. He knew I would never accept something I wasn't interested in or knowledgeable on. You ran like a scurred girl.

Go reread the entire thread, what he did was discourage me from bullying you. haermm

No, he said I wouldn't do so knowing me. You knew I wouldn't to which is why you created this other challenge I expressed no interest in from the start.

If you were looking to challenge a member of the LLLC specifically, you should have stated so in your opening post, quan. Instead, you made a challenge to Zelda fans in general. A Zelda fan accepted your challenge. Next time be honest with your intent and call us out specifically.

I made the thread to Zelda fans. I am not going to say the zelda brigade or anything. I targeted the entire fanbase but really wanted a brigade member to accept.

Give me a list of all the posters names from the LLLC.

Quan does nothing but talk big. But really I just don't want to see you picking on him. I mean he tries his best to pick at you but he fails so spectacularly that I can't count it. You doing the reverse seems harsher.

Yes, I'm aware. I'm also aware that it is just not in Quan to argue something he hasn't seen. It's a handicap if you will. Quan deserves to be humiliated on his own terms since he won't bother otherwise.

"But Aura, you devilishly handsome rogue" you might say. "I'm merely seeking to help Quan overcome said handicap. Surely you will not fault a man for that, however drunk he might be at the time."

Indeed there is some value to trying to help the young lad overcome the limits he places on himself. For that you are most admirable. However I contend that a vet prefers not to operate until everything is in place. Quan is not yet ready to overcome that yet. On his own terms, humble him. Make him realize you have something to teach.

"Ah but Aura, certainly I've already done so in countless debates with him already. His stubbornness to humble himself like so many fine gents before calls for the more drastic measure."

To others you have proven it but to him that does not appear to be the case. Now were it up to me I'd put the old dog out on the street, tied to a lamppost and be on my merry way, ignoring his barks of indignation as I leave. But since that is not what you plan to do I must ascertain that whatever you do will be effective. I give this advice for you ol' chap, not the mangy cur. Wasted action is most unbecoming to my eyes.

"Perhaps instead of assisting the lad in overcoming his handicap is indeed too much of a daunting task if I must concede a bit of my patience. I may just continue on this path to further beat the mongrel. It is quite pleasing to the audience you see. I do this for them. And I shan't lie, I enjoy it myself."

Ah dear friend I see your point. It does seem to amuse those who watch to see the poor dog's suffering but that is entirely the point. A dog who has been abused so long has lost his senses and the abuse is less funny because it has grown rather stale. Surely over time you've come to accept that the amusement has gone out. I suggest humbling yourself before the dog one last time before humiliating him once again by playing his own game. Once that has happened, there is an ever so small a chance that a sliver of hope will appear and you can inject this beast with something more. Teach him humility, rouse him to burning thought and change the man for the better. That dear friend will be all the more entertaining, even if it fails.

Not only does he discourage me from bullying you, he goes on to compare you to a frequently abused dog.

Hypothetically if you did accept Scream's counter proposal, what would have happened?

This thread would be a lot shorter and there wouldn't be rainbows burnt into everyone's retinas, for one. mmm

No interest. I will see what nate says. If he is ok with me trying one more time to get a lllc member I will do so. If he isn't the offer is gone.

I'd like to get mowcowjustice in this. However it depends on nate's reaction. If he's deadset on this it's not an offer. If he will let me try one more time to seek out these cowards then all the better.

I would have wasted Russell on a worthless battlezone I care little to nothing about. There has to be an interest or payoff in the matchup for me to commit that much time and energy in doing so.

And in the process, if winning, gaining two victories over Scream one of which you really wanted to beat a Link fan in.

This isn't about paste it's about zelda fans in general. I won't just accept random worthless battles I care nothing about on top of having no knowledge on or desire to acquire.

You guys seem to have some bad blood. If you really want a challenge from someone from "the brigade" then go for it.

If it wasn't about them, why do you care if they don't accept?

We have ironed out all the details. I will post the thread with the rules and stips. They have to accept and abide by stips of the invasion type thread. If no one comes forward by weekend's end then we proceed as planned.
