Silver Surfer vs. Wonder Woman

1. h2h, surfer is not allowed to use the pc to augment his strength or use the pc period.

2. Diana gets all her gear including sword, shield gauntlets of atlas for increased strength, will this be enough to offset surfer who gets the full use of the pc in this scenario?

SS is confined to his baseline physical atributes.

H2H WW should beat him but his durability is up there and WW would have to really work for it. But She should win in a pure h2h combat.

2. When you say full use of the PC. Meaning that you want to use a surfer that will very likely use his most exotic powers or is this just... normal surfer v.s. an amped WW?

Yes to offset her high powered weaponry and the hugh strength advantage that the ag would give her.

People are seriously giving surfer the win over a wonder woman who is 10 times stronger, has a sword to cut him to pieces, magical shield, sandals of hermes which augments her already superior combat speed and a lot of other trinkets? BTW diana can travel between dimensions with sandals of hermes, BFR is useless. Seriously she would oneshot him.
