Captain America VS Bronze Body

Avengers Cap VS Bronze Body from The man with the iron fists movie.

First round; caps shield is in the middle of Cap and Brass body about 50ft between them all.

2nd round; no shield. Just H2H goodness.

Who wins and why?

VS

Bronze Body wins both. He's simply too strong and too durable for Cap to hurt.

Unless Cap has some "hero always wins over villain" type of luck, I don't see why Bronze Body won't win all the time.

I actually believe Cap is stronger, but there's just no way for him to hurt Bronze Body with either shield or just fists.

Broze body reminds of that ninja from Ninja Scroll.
