Probably the same, both Rulk and Tony (dependent on armor) have solid hf

Iron man or Rulk beating a guy that can become intangible is stupid.

Pretty much all they have is physical attacks.

MM has TP, on top of all his other tricks.

He schools IM in midair and has fun beating Rulk (since Rulk can't fly it's an immediate disadvantage)
