They get time to adjust to their bodies.

Neither suffer from the tampering effects.

How would they fare?

Sidious is more experienced, given equal bodies Sidious would win.

What if Sidious wasn't dead and possessed the body of Mara Jade ( with limitions of her body ) vs Caedus at the time of when they fought, would she survive the ensuing duel?

This a rather ridiculous thread. We only have limited knowledge on the combat potential from body transfer, mainly from Sidious (Bane failed).

If I had to make a choice, Sidious would win since he's more used to using clone bodies to their full potential while Caedus has no experience with them whatsoever.
