Well, since he has been shown with the ability to move back and forth through time, move outside of time, continue to move even when time has been stopped and shown to stop time himself, I think he would fare just fine.

Thor hasn't has any time resistance or time manipulation feats lately that I know of. His time powers got taken away back in the day.
