I have read siege and some Sentry comics and PC Superman comics. I just don't see Bob/Sentry/Void persona surviving a full force Super sneeze. Do you?

Seriously, I always for some reason thought he snuffed out a dead solar system. Like dead or no star with crumbling planets. That's not the case at all, he snuffed out a real solar system with a full burning star/stars and planets just that there was no life in that entire universe. Now I know why they called that feat insane. If I had to sneeze I can't even get up quick enough to go to the next room, superman crossed universes by flight to let out a uncontrollable sneeze. Insane.
