Skill and weaponry would take you only so far. Team 1 has advantage in nearly every area other than skill. Barda is a huge weak link.

Lawls at the scans you posted. Your missing a-lot of contexts. Diana didn't want to fight Powergirl in the ruins/library because they were filled with precious ancient writings. Later on, Diana was able to evade Powergirl at super speeds. Karen didn't hear WW attacking her from behind. As mentioned before, Diana already schooled Powergirl. She's her superior.
Wonder Woman *****-slap Kara when she went rogue. The same Supergirl who easily defeated the entire Justice League. Therefore, Diana is her superior. It''s quite simple.
Also, Superman didn't want to fight Kara when she was taken by Darkseid. Eventually, he broke loose and took her down.
And once again, lawls at the scan where Diana got taken out by HV. She took a blast to the face from Superman when he thought Diana was Doomsday. During Final Crisis WW was a walking zombie. She could've easily evaded his attack.
