Darth Nyriss vs Darth Tyranus

From what I can tell, two similarly skilled opponents. Who comes out on top?

I'm voting Nyriss, but I think this is a reasonably close fight. Her Force Powers are reasonably superior, and her lightsaber skills seem to be only a small margin under Dooku's.
