Konrad is a stealth specialist, I don't see his claws penentrating Thing's hide. Oh wait...he has none.
In blunt strength the Primarch is outclassed. Class 10 vs Class 100...
The child that would come to be known as Konrad Curze was first recorded as crashing through the surface and into the core of the night-shrouded world of Nostramo. The crust of Nostramo bore high quantities of the mineral adamantium, which provided the basis of the planet's immense mining and purifying industries. The vast majority of the planet's population lived in abject poverty, toiling in the mines while the rich grew in affluence, exploiting the already downtrodden workers. Crime ran mostly unchecked, depression was inescapable, and overpopulation was kept in check more by suicide than by any other measure.[1]Unlike many of the other Primarchs, Konrad Curze was not taken in by any family and was left to raise himself. He spent his early life surviving off his wits and determination, feeding himself by hunting the feral animals that roamed through the vast city of Nostramo Quintus. He was continually plagued by visions of the darkest possible future, horrifyingly potent waking dreams that would curse him throughout his life.
The feats of Primarchs are not equal. Curze always strikes me as being more of steath specialist than brute like Angron or cultured brute Sangvinius. That's not to say he's not a deadly ARMED fighter.
Corax is considered the third or fourth (after Angron and Sangvinius, tied with Horus) best Primarch in close combat and he's a stealth specialist like Konrad, basically they both are more about speed and sudden intimidating attacks than about strength.
Konrad, however, did show outlandish durability even as an infant... but he has no feasible ways of harming Grimm without claws. If it's "without armor but with power claws" then it's whole another battle and much less spitey-looking.
My five cents.

Konrad Curze has punched his fist into the chests of Terminators, and ripped their spines right out.
Konrad Curze, in a brawl, when weapons were lost, was throttling the life out of Lion El'Jonson, the same man who stalemated Leman Russ in a barehanded brawl. Leman Russ is big even by Primarch standards (Though not to the same extent as Magnus was), and more importantly than that has destroyed Titans with his axe and pushed over a towering Prospero spire.
Corax is considered the third or fourth best Primarch in close combat by... Who? Konrad Curze himself overwhelmed him and forced him to flee, and notably, physically overpowered him.
By himself. And when he was beating the shite out of Lorgar (one of the least skilled), he was scared by Konrad's ruthlessness.
But then OK, being in the same strength ballpark as Leman Russ and Lion gives the chance to an unarmed Curze.
I didn't know about those feats of him, thinking of him as more of a stealth specialist (Class 10-20 strenthwise, but fast and skilled). It turned out I was mistaken.
It's all relative.
He isn't as physically strong as Angron, Magnus the Red, Vulkan, Ferrus Manus, or probably Leman Russ, but the differences between them is more akin to the difference between a well-built and trained ninja assassin and an Olympic strongman.
He is one of the stealth specialists among Primarchs, but he is still a demigodlike being whom can toss tanks like toys.
There's also the matter of Curze's combat speed. Space Marines are noted as having superhuman reaction and thought times, and are unable to perceive much of the movement of primarchs in combat. Curze is clearly, imho, a very physically capable primarch, as he badly injured Rogal Dorn with his bare hands, and nearly strangled The Lion. mmm
I'm not actually sure how durable The Thing is. It's part of why I've not chosen a side to support.
