Too many members able to run diversion or disable Thor. Iceman creating ice monsters or freezing Thor while Cyclops blasts from a distance. Wolverine slashing from the inside while Thor is trying to fend off Rogue and Colossus simultaneously. I can't see a way for Thor to win unless the X-Men act out of character stupid. Not including Nightcrawler teleporting limbs off because only AoA did this, but it is plausible if bloodlusted. Wonder what would happen if Nightcrawler tried to teleport Mjolnir............

Cyclops has ranged attacks.
Fastball special (cheap, I know)
Iceman can freeze the moisture in his body; Thor is still organic
Nightcrawler teleports
Rogue flies
The combination of this makes Thor's flight insignificant
Thor 10 out of 10
Iceman He can slow Thor down but that is about it just like nightcrawler nothing to serious hurt Thor
Nightcrawler is just useless here he can't bring anything to the table that could hurt Thor
Cyclops He can get some damage it but 4 out of the 6 X-men are going to have to be H2H so if Thor is fighting them scott is not going to be doing anything
Classic Colossus, Rogue , are the big guns but they don't have enough to put Thor down here
Wolverine is can play the part of taking the hits for the team but he would get koed soon enough.
The best chance for the team is IF Thor only goes H2H but even Then a serious Thor could one shot each member of the group,
Thor using his range attacks lighting storms and hammer throws would destroy this team with no trouble

So Thor is going to do this right off the bat? Before Iceman insta-freezes all the water in his body, Cyclops full blasts him, and Rogue flying blitz punches him? So Thor gets the benefit of first hit because that is so in character for him to start off this way. Is that right? How does he do this before Bobby thinks insta freeze?

This is true, but how often does he fight like that? Flying around and bombarding multiple characters? that's not how he fights, but if you want to use that, then I can say Nightcrawler ports his head off, Bobby insta-freezes him (he's still organic, that's 70% of his body mass frozen) etc.
