Only thing I know of where anything mental related is mentioned about DD. At the time was controlled by brainiac and was stomping the JLA.
"found nothing there" brainiacs own mental defenses shielded him from detection but it has the implication that DD is void of anything beyond his destructive instinct on the regular.
