Does cold slow flash down though? Unless flash hits bobby faster than he can think, absolute zero seems like it might be problematic.

problem is is that flash has an infinite source of energy to draw from for kinetic energy to overcome absolute zero. bobby would have to overcome the speed force to lower the kinetic energy of the flash to 0. Conversely I don't see flash overcoming bobby either.
