Last Batman I read was like issue 12 or something, but there was a group of these guys used by the Court of Owls. One fell out of a building well over ten stories high and was good to go after the ambulance picked him up. Gunshots are nothing to these guys also......

I guess we're assuming this is March Talon but I don't really see the difference.
