Bucky is a much better fighter, and Cage has a habit of losing to MA

But with no PIS, Bucky literally can't hurt him.

His bionic arm is pretty powerful.

Imo Cage has shrugged off more than the arm can mange.

He's also been hurt by less, like Danny's kick or Daredevil's slap...

Come on now. Those are incredibly low showings. And the only DD fight with Cage I remember is when they were boxing and Cage got poisoned beforehand.

On average, Cage is too durable for Bucky. Because he does stuff like get knocked a few blocks away by Hiroim, get up and run right back to the fight. Fight with Namor. Fight with Juggernaut, etc...

Cage wins.
