Avoiding him is the only way she'll survive (which gives her a stalemate at best) and that Lightning will do nothing to Alucard while in poisonous mist form...
He could bait her into getting close to him (she does like to brawl afterall; her CIS is what will get her killed against this guy) then go into poisonous mist form and get into her lungs...at that point its game over for Diana.

Magic lightning of Zeus? I doubt that.
And what about scattering his cloud with her speed that I mentioned? Nothing preventing that.

She knows way better than to breath in cloud foes, and has fought White Martians while holding her breath 🙂
Also she's got a healing factor, poison's not likely to do all that much anyway.

First of all, it is not a cloud but Ethereal Mist.
Since were talking of WW, she has a weakness for BLADED Weapons right, so the Sword Familiar and IMP should do damage to her.
Plus, he is an excellent swordsman. He can TELEPORT behind her back and STAB, HACK, SLASH.

Heck, she fought Genocide- a teleporter with superhuman speed who's strong enough to one-shot Firestorm and Red Tornado. A teleporting vampire hardly compares to a teleporter who solos JLA teams.

how can you touch that?
2. His speed - When ALUCARD move, he has after image following him which depict either:
a. Super speed
b. or worse, phasing (the ability to pass through solid matter) which is an ordinary skill on a vampire in KONAMI world. EX. Neclord
3. The Sword Familiar is a Dimensional Being that can appear anywhere and is sentient.
4. Strength - He is a Vampire Lord or could you still call him as one, remember that he is the son of a being beyond death. He match strength with DEMON LORDS at a regular basis.
Plus DRACULA himself said that if he cast away his weak human side then we could see something terrifying.
Can WW shake-off pertification and do you know what he looks like when he is petrified?
One more thing, he does not need to breath.
