Apple TV Movies-->iTunes

Anyone have it? I have bought a few movies on my Apple TV however I would like to watch them on my computer or iPad using iTunes..But it wants me to re buy them and vice versa, if I buy on on iTunes, I cant access it on Apple TV. Anyone know how to make this work?

It should work if you have the same account on both. They don't automatically download.

In the iTunes store, click on the home button, and on the right there's a link to "Purchased". They should be there.

But yeah, important that you have the same account on both.

Ok thanks for the info, I verified that I am using the same itunes account and password on my apple TV and the same one is being used on this computers iTunes.

I did as you suggested and under movies purchased, I see none. However on my Apple TV under purchased I can see all of them.

Any more thoughts?
