Vaapad is not useless against a Jedi Master?
Why ? Because Depa would feed off her own inner darkness plus enjoying and relishing the fight.
Kenobi will try to defend himself but in the end he will either die or live to fight another day.
meaning he will retreat when things turn in Depa's favor.
When their is no darkness in a Jedi, the Master or practitioner will turn inwards
and use their inner darkness and their emotion to fuel Vaapad.

True, but her best feats were on Haruun Kal, where the dark side was prevalent, and she was facing Mace Windu, who possesses a. Considerable amount of darkness. Kenobi can take this due to feats.
Do you know Depa, like I know Depa?
re read my answer.
She was a Master before her accident in the jungles of Haruun Kal.
Her best feats when she was a Master of Vaapad.
She has the same ability to use Vaapad whether in the jungle or not.
she just loses the Master title only.
Again a practitioner of Vaapad whether Jedi Master or Dark Jedi Master
will turn inwards again, and feed off their own inner darkness/darkness
and their emotion /passion to fuel Vaapad.
Kenobi will not win, he would have to retreat, he'll survive if he chooses to live and fight another day besides Mace wouldn't allow Kenobi to fight Depa anyway.
re-read the first 5 or 8 pages of Shatter Point.
