team dc obliterates team marvel in this one. imo it's possible ds alone could one-shot or nearly one shot, bor or pluto....ds tp is also something that could be a very large issue. serpent has some great implied power, but in feats falls very short. too much versatility and too much consistent (and displayed) power from the dc side. odin and zeus would take some work, but after the others fell they wouldn't be able to hang with everyone who was still left on the ds side....
