If I remember it correctly, Turles came after VEGETA left, at that point some of Freeza's mooks could beat Goku, specially the GINYU Forces.

So I say NAILS, because Freeza took care of him personally.

PLUS Turles is just a depiction of GOKU/KAKAROT if he did not hit his head.

Lots of guessing and power scaling involving Turles.

So like...I dunno. I guess the namek lol

Nail i think. I don't recall the movie with Turles too well but i think it was before Namek and Goku was no match for Nail before going to Namek.

Turles had a scouter at the time- according to which, Goku's base power was 30k when they fought.

According to Freiza's scouter, Nail was 42k.

Turles was pretty close to Goku's base level, but was losing to his Kaioken (60k), until he ate the tree of might fruit. With the fruit, he was even more powerful than kaioken x10 Goku (or 300k in other words).

So, Nail beats base Turles in a fight, but gets stomped by fruit Turles.

Unless of course we're talking about Turles before he ate the fruit on Earth, in which case Nail pumbles him

Well if Turles get his powerup, what would Nails be at after he fused with Piccolo?

That would probably be considered Piccolo's powerup but if it counts for Nail and is legal here then Nail again stomps

Turles was stronger than 300k Goku, but fused-Naiccolo was fighting 2nd form Frieza, at over 1mil.

So Turles perhaps puts up some fight, but loses.

Nails, he can beat all of Freiza's henchmen excluding Ginyu.

Nail is stronger than every pure blooded Saiyan save for two.
