Probably just Hunter Zolomon. Thawne is faster than Superman, but Clark is so much stronger, and durable that a lucky shot could put Thawne down, do I doubt he'd successfully get a blitz majority.

The funny thing is that both Zoom and Thawne blitzed superman. Zoom did little more than annoy him and Thawne got swatted aside like a bug. They both lack striking power to down superman. Lulz at runner though, Makkari left him in dust by running at lightspeed. Jay garrick is faster than Runner.
