As far as stronger lifting its hard to say. Some heros just don't have lifting feats like other heros. This dosent mean they are inferior to other heros lifting wise they just lack feats. Captain marvel is a example. I gaurentee he would lift more then supergirl yet he has next to no lifting feats.

Supergirl is stronger (by a bit), and can punch harder (Thor hit's harder with Mjolnir).
Thor is barely bulletproof (bullets pelt him and leave welts and he can be cut far more easier) where bullets richochet off Supergirl with almost no loss of velocity.
I agree Thor is more durable to blasts.

You missed my point.
With that said, I would be on Thor's ballsack if he had the speed and didn't have such inconsistent physical showings. I do believe Superman is a lot stronger and thus Supergirl, while not quite as strong as Clark, is still stronger than Thor. Thor has better damage soak but Supergirl is harder to pierce or bruise or cut. Thor can fight better and has better power output. I try to be objective best I can.
