About as more more powerful than he was to Thanos. Assuming Thor has the Power Gem that is. Without it he'd likely get two shot like the other heralds were.

I think he would do better against Tyrant than Thanos did. I just think the power-sets would match up more in Thor's favor, if he was allowed to use his whole arsenal, without certain forum members crying "foul".

But, he would still lose.

I am looking at the context of the Silver Surfer issues and most of those heralds have extenuating circumstances when they faced Tyrant.

All of them were power drained prior to their fight with Tyrant.

Morg and Terrax did not helped at all

Tyrant had an army powered by the same heralds He was fighting helping him.

BRB had just faced B&T Thor.

B&T Thor did not syphon his enemies before the fight

Take all those things into account

But at the same time, even with the Power Gem, Tyrant is too much for even this version of Thor; Thanos took this version of Thor out...I have no doubt that Tyrant could do the same.

How would he do better than Thanos? Thanos defeated Thor, and although Tyrant got the better of the exchange between himself and Thanos, he was unable to put Thanos down. Thanos had no help, which is a testament as to how powerful the Titan truly is. I mean this is a guy that made mighty Galactus back down in their first on panel confrontation.
