As long as DC continues to put out quality products I'll be happy.

Man of Steel will be much better than Iron Man 3.

Thats subjective ie. inarguable.

Iron Man 3 was trash. MOS will wipe its ass with that movie.

Let's predict box office take for both movies then.

Doubtful.

Iron Man 3 has the second biggest opening numbers (second to Avengers) and has made 680 million already. MoS going to be severely pressed to beat those figures.

If Ironman beats Superman then marvel clearly is on another level.

MOS would do well to make that in total. But its all down to hype. Not quality.

Wrong. Hype can only get you so far.

Had big hopes for Iron Man 3, sadly I was let down. I have big hopes for MoS, hopefully it's as good as some of the early reviews say it is.

I fall under the category of wanting to see both companies to do well, we all benefit if they do. I love the DC universe and the characters in it, Superman is the biggest comic icon there is so hopefully MoS smashes the box office.

I personally don't think Superman is the biggest icon.

lol, I'd like to hear who you think is a bigger icon than Superman? How many T-shirts, tattoos, stickers and countless other places you see his world renown symbol?

Make no mistake, Superman IS the biggest comic book icon...

He may not be to you but the fact is that he's the biggest comic book icon there is, sorry bub.

"Superman stands as the single most iconic figure in comic books; his Kryptonian S-Shield recognizable as a universal symbol for truth and justice. Though Superman may have begun as a slice of Americana, he’s grown into a symbol that all of humanity can look up to."

Thats clearly outdated. Spider-Man is número UNO. If Iron Man 3 beats your supposed biggest icon ever then this proves how quickly things are changing.
