A question about Sith Alchemy/Sith sorcery

I'm writing a fanfiction where instead of Palpatine using the fear of Padme dying in childbirth to turn Anakin to the darkside, he uses Sith Sorcery or Sith Alchemy to poison Padme so she dies slowly.

However, I want my fanfics to be as canon as possible.

How exactly does a Sith make somebody slowly die by using Sith Alchemy or Sith sorcery on them?

More specifically, can you please explain how Sith Sorcery and Sith Alchemy poisons in detail? For my fanfiction, I need to explain how Palpatine poisons Padme.

Reading up on the Night Sisters would probably be your best bet. Some others like the Mecrosa Order used poisons as well but it doesn't look like there's a lot of detailed info on them

Honestly it's kinda vague. Beyond 'doing rituals and focusing dark energy on someone. Maybe getting them to be near something/eat something that serves as a focus to collect the dark energy.'

Do any of those links have any info about what I was describing above, which is using Sith Alchemy/Sith sorcery to make slowly poison somebody?

I can't find any info(aside from a single sentence on Wookiepedia) about Sith poisons, tbh.

The links are actually scans of the "Sith Alchemy" portion of Book of the Sith. Said scans give detailed passages on every known Sith Alchemic ability, yet don't mention on poisons whatsoever.

That's why I'm not even sure that Sith poisoning falls under the blanket of Sith Alchemy. /shrug

Wookipedia gives me a lot of give info about Sith poison. However, Sith poison is not what my question is about. I'll be a little bit more specific now.

However, I was wondering if Sith Alchemy powers (the same sith alchemy powers that mutates animals into horrible monsters), could give the Sith the ability to slowly poison somebody. I don't mean Sith poison, I mean using Sith Alchemy to warp somebody's body so that they are slowly poisoned.

In my fanfiction, Padme is slowly dying because Palpatine uses the darkside to alter body somehow (similar to how the Sith altered animals into monsters), so that she slowly started to die.

Are there any EU examples of Sith altering living things using Sith Alchemy so that their bodies are slowly poisoned?

Can Sith Alchemy poison be fatal?

I want my fanfic to be as canon as possibe.

Padme slowly dies because Palpatine slowly poisons her with Sith poison.

Also, does Palpatine have to get up close to Padme to poison her, or can he do it from far away with his Sith Sorcery?

Like I said, Sith Poison has only been used once in canon, and it didn't kill the person it was used against.

The main purpose of Sith Poison is to weaken a Jedi's resistance to the dark side, which helps convert them to a Sith much faster. Apparently it has the potential to be fatal, but exactly how long that would take is completely unknown.
