bill is more powerful over all but adam pounds him into the ground. Bill has showed nothing to say he can keep up with BA durability wise. And as far as speed goes bill is not even in BA's league there.

BA did battle with the likes of Martian Manhunter, wonder woman,powergirl,stargirl, jay Garrick several speedster and multiple green lanterns and other mid hearlds and held his own. He down right scared the crap outta PG and resisted MM telepathy, he actually had MM beat and let him go. It took captian marvel just to restrain him and depower him with a lighting bolt.

When he stopped holding back, BRB beat down B&T Thor. He also decimated a fleet that was overpowering a weakened Galactus, Surfer and Stardust. And that was all without Stormbreaker.

Your proclamation doesn't seem to account for BRB's own achievements in the slightest.
