I didn't watch the movie yet. The above mentioned website allows to watch movie free and J.I Joe Retaliation is there. But I don't see any options to buffer the movie.

Roadblock takes a majority.

Roadblock definitely. His h2h is better, his gun-fu is better. He's usually more heavily armed and armored. He's a G.I. Joe (which is supposed to be the best of the best special ops).
