Hulk doesn't have superman's weakness to Magic.
Captain Marvel + Power of Zeus + strength of hercules + superman's magic weakness did him in.

Once you swing, you are ready.

I also can't find the comic right now, but iirc zeus said he wanted to beat the hulk in his own game that was after he hit him with the lightening bolt. Besides, there was no indication that the magical lightening (1st shot) destroyed the hulk's healing factor.
Besides we aren't discussing this fight, all I'm trying to point out is that the hulk can be physically beaten where the healing factor can be overcome.

Superman can hit the Hulk with super strength and with something else at the same time.

With out Super speed Superman punching, might look a lot like this.

A thunder clap is created by using physical strength, and besides, Superman still has more options than Hulk does.
